Our commitment to equal treatment

Notice of nondiscrimination

Tinder Touch Healthcare Services, LLC welcomes clients, families, applicants, and staff with dignity and respect.

Equal access to care and opportunity

We prohibit discrimination based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, religious creed, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. These characteristics will never be a reason to exclude a person from our care or services, withhold benefits, or provide unequal treatment.

Our policy applies to admission to services, referrals, care delivery, access to agency resources, caregiver assignments, and employment decisions. We prohibit segregation or discriminatory placement, reassignment, or transfer of clients or staff. Client preferences will not be used to justify unlawful discrimination. Professional opportunities are based on qualifications and applicable job requirements.

We follow applicable federal civil rights laws, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. Our nondiscrimination commitment supports Pennsylvania’s health care civil rights requirements under 28 Pa. Code §§ 51.11–51.13.
